Massad Family Library
In 2007, Nick and Vicki Massad gave the University of Houston Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management a generous gift to create a space that empowers students to excel and provides for the next generation of hospitality leaders. The facility is a vital part of the campus and was renamed the Massad Family Library and Hospitality Industry Archives. Go Coogs!
Over the Edge
ALH’s Embassy Suites Houston Downtown has hosted Over the Edge, a fundraising event for the Special Olympics of Texas. During the event, participants rappel down the 19-story hotel tower to raise money for the non-profit group.
