VICKI MASSAD, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Mrs. Massad brings abundant hospitality management experience to the ALH team, with a career that began as a Front Office Manager of a Sheraton Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Her background includes Rooms Division experience with some of Texas' finest business transient and convention hotels, having set up reservations, guest service, training, and yield management procedures for several properties of varying sizes and business profiles. Today her day- to-day operations assignment requires her to direct management and capital improvement strategies for owned and managed properties throughout ALH's portfolio. Mrs. Massad’s standards of excellence in property inspections and service audits distinguish her as an industry leader in quality assurance. Interfacing directly with property managers, investors, owners and franchsors, she uses her professional experience to produce desired financial returns, by motivating ALH's team members to stretch for optimal results while using her owners' perspective of preserving the asset. Mrs. Massad joined American Liberty in 1973.
